9. Discrepancies in Waste Size

9.1 Estimated Waste Size
When you book waste removal services online, you are required to provide an estimate of the size of the waste to be removed. This estimate helps us determine the appropriate pricing and resources for the service. You are responsible for accurately estimating the amount and type of waste.

9.2 When Waste Is Larger Than Estimated
If the waste is found to be larger than the size you provided during the online booking process, Waste Wise Removals reserves the right to:

  • Charge an Additional Fee: If the waste exceeds the estimated size, we will charge you the difference based on the actual size and type of waste. The additional charge will reflect the extra resources required to complete the job.

  • Cancel the Service: If you do not agree to the revised price for the larger waste, we reserve the right to cancel the service. If this occurs, you will not be charged for the service, but any booking fees or cancellation fees may apply, as outlined in Section 5.1.

9.3 When Waste Is Smaller Than Estimated
If the waste is found to be smaller than the size you initially provided, we will:

  • Charge You Less: If the waste is smaller than estimated and you have not yet paid for the service, we will adjust the final charge accordingly, reducing the price based on the actual waste size.

9.4 Accurate Estimates
To avoid additional charges or service cancellations, we encourage you to provide the most accurate estimate of waste size when booking. If you are unsure of the size, we recommend contacting us for guidance.

This revision ensures that the customer is only charged appropriately based on the final waste size, and any adjustments are made before payment is processed. Let me know if you'd like further adjustments!

10. Force Majeure

10.1 Non-Liability for Delays
We will not be held liable or responsible for any failure or delay in fulfilling our obligations under these Terms if such failure or delay is caused by events outside our reasonable control, referred to as a Force Majeure Event.

10.2 Definition of Force Majeure Event
A Force Majeure Event includes any event, act, non-occurrence, omission, or accident beyond our reasonable control, such as: (a) civil unrest, riots, invasion, terrorist attacks or threats, war (whether declared or undeclared), or preparations for war;
